In Person Registration
You can come in person to: (1) register to vote in Connecticut, (2) change your name and/or address on your current registration record, or (3) enroll in a political party or change party enrollment (changing parties before a primary may result in losing rights in all parties for three months).
Registration can be done anytime during normal office hours or at:

Special Voter Registration Sessions to be held at 54 Grove Street (Richard O Belden Center) on the following dates:
- Friday October 16, 2026, there will be an in-person session and hours will be 9AM – 8 PM.
- Monday, November 2, 2026 Hours 9AM – 5 PM (CT Statute 9-17)
- Limited Registration Session the Last Weekday Before Election. Session of Registrars of Voters of all towns to admit those seeking to vote in the election whose qualification as to age, citizenship or residence was attained since October 16, 2026. Hours: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (§ 9-17)
