- William O. Mooney, Superintendent of Highways and Bridges announced today
that the TRASH and RECYCLING COLLECTION on Friday, July 3, 2009 will be
collected on that day as usual.
There is no change in the Trash and Recycling Schedule.
The Transfer Station will be CLOSED on July 3, 4, and open again on Monday,
July 6, 2009.

- Mayor Mark A. Lauretti wishes to offer congratulations to the hundreds of volunteers who participated in the recent Shelton Clean Sweep 2009 project. The events were sponsored by the Anti Litter Committee under their “Don’t Trash Shelton” program.
